Legal policies, in plain language
We know legal documents can be dull. We've done our best to write ours clearly so you actually know what you're agreeing to. Here you'll find links to all our legal policies, plus a summary of what they cover.
Our approach to legal
We don't sell your data
Your personal information is yours. We collect only what we need to run the service and we never sell it to advertisers or third parties.
Plain language
We try our best to write legal documents in plain English. No walls of impenetrable legalese — just clear explanations of your rights and ours.
Fair and transparent
Our terms are designed to be fair to both sides. We're not trying to hide tricky clauses or catch you out. If you think something is unfair, tell us.
Terms of Service
These are the rules that govern how you can use Hosting Cloudly. It covers things like what you can and can't host on our platform, how billing works, what happens if there's a dispute, and more. If you're a customer, please read this.
Read Terms of ServicePrivacy Policy
This explains exactly what data we collect about you, why we collect it, how we store it, and who we share it with (spoiler: we don't sell your data). We believe in being transparent about this stuff.
Read Privacy PolicyThe short version (but please still read the full docs)

Changes to policies
We'll notify you by email if we make significant changes to our Terms or Privacy Policy. We won't blindside you with major changes without giving you notice.
